By creating an account or using Word of Dish, you agree to these terms.
Word of Dish is a feedback and review platform for restaurants: it collects diner feedback, drafts reviews from the diner's own words, routes unhappy guests to a private recovery channel, and provides analytics.
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
You retain ownership of your content (menus, questions, and the feedback your guests submit). You grant us the license needed to host and process it to operate the service. Captured diner submissions are immutable and cannot be edited or selectively deleted, which is central to the integrity of the product.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of the provider's home jurisdiction (to be specified before launch). Questions: hello@wordofdish.com.
